Trial Period

All new subscribers to vitalforce receive a 14-day trial period to evaluate our virtual assistant services. During this time, you can explore all features and determine if our solution meets your business needs.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests for vitalforce services are considered under the following conditions:

• Request submitted within 30 days of initial subscription
• Service did not meet advertised specifications
• Technical issues preventing normal use were not resolved
• Account shows minimal usage of virtual assistant features

Refund Process

To request a refund from vitalforce:

• Contact our support team via email or phone
• Provide your account details and reason for refund
• Allow 5-7 business days for review and processing
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Custom development or integration services
• Training sessions already completed
• Subscription renewals after 30 days
• Add-on services purchased separately

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your vitalforce subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
